The analytical report on the needs of creation, reorganization, or liquidation of local courts, taking into account the changes to the administrative-territorial system, the need to ensure access to justice and optimize state budget spending has been made public.
The laws have taken effect, which have created, reorganized or liquidated local courts taking into account the recommendations issued in the analytical report indicated in subclause 1 of clause 2.1.4.6.
at least 80 percent of justice experts estimate that:
a) the recommendations on the creation, reorganization and liquidation of local courts contained in the analytical report are duly substantiated and motivated (5 percent);
b) the laws governing the creation, reorganization or liquidation of local courts are fully or mostly based on the recommendations provided in the analytical report (5 percent).
