The State Customs Service annually publishes a report on the results of monitoring of the international application of the electronic transit system (NCTS).
NCTS (Phase 5) has been developed and is used in the operations of the State Customs Service.
NCTS (Phase 6) has been developed and is used in the operations of the State Customs Service.
Provisions of the Customs Code of Ukraine as amended by the Law of Ukraine On Amendments to the Customs Code of Ukraine and Other Laws of Ukraine Pertaining to Certain Issues of Implementation of Chapter 5 of Section IV of the Association Agreement between Ukraine (party of the first part) and the European Union, the European Atomic Energy Community and their Member States (party of the second part), which pertain to the use of the electronic transit system, the electronic system for management of guarantees, and their components, remain in effect and have been supplemented with provisions dealing with the implementation of import and export control systems compatible with the ones used in the EU.
