A law has taken effect that improves the legal regulation of the issues of prevention of conflicts of interest, the possibility of combining service positions at local self-government bodies with the status of a people’s representative at a local council, taking into account the findings of the analytical report indicated in subclause 1 of clause 1.3.1.7.
