An online course for the leader of an organization has been developed and launched.
At least 300 heads of ministries, other central executive authorities, local state administrations, city, town, and village mayors, regional council heads, managers of enterprises, institutions, and organizations of all forms of ownership have completed the training and successfully past the final test.
In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1194 On Amendments to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025 dated 18 October 2024, the content of the measure was amended.

У межах IV кварталу 2023 року Національним агентством розроблено онлайн-курс для керівників "Розбудова доброчесних організацій" та розміщено його на навчальній платформі Study.NAZK. Станом на 31.12.2025 року всього на курс було зареєстровано 20 509 осіб, з яких 17 954 осіб отримали сертифікат про завершення курсу, а отже, успішно склали вихідне тестування.
Відповідно до змісту заходу та визначеного показника його виконання передбачено розроблення та впровадження онлайн-курс для керівника організації навчання пройшли та успішно склали вихідне тестування щонайменше 300 керівників міністерств, інших центральних органів виконавчої влади, місцевих державних адміністрацій, міських, селищних, сільських голів, голів обласних рад, керівників підприємств, установ, організацій всіх форм власності.
Таким чином, частина показника, яка стосується розроблення та впровадження онлайн-курсу, виконана у повному обсязі.
Водночас наразі відсутня технічна можливість достовірно ідентифікувати належність слухачів до визначених категорій осіб, оскільки під час реєстрації на платформі не передбачено обов’язкового зазначення посади та місця роботи, а також відсутній функціонал коригування таких даних у профілі користувача. У зв’язку з цим на даний момент неможливо визначити кількість керівників визначених категорій серед усіх осіб, які пройшли вихідне тестування.
З огляду на викладене, відповідний захід не може вважатись виконаним повністю.
