An online course for the leader of an organization has been developed and launched.
At least 300 heads of ministries, other central executive authorities, local state administrations, city, town, and village mayors, regional council heads, managers of enterprises, institutions, and organizations of all forms of ownership have completed the training and successfully past the final test.
In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1194 On Amendments to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025 dated 18 October 2024, the content of the measure was amended.

У межах IV кварталу 2023 року Національним агентством розроблено онлайн-курс для керівників "Розбудова доброчесних організацій" та розміщено його на навчальній платформі Study.NAZK. Станом на 30.06.2026 року всього на курс було зареєстровано 21 962 особи, з них отримали сертифікат про завершення курсу, а отже, успішно склали вихідне тестування 19 193 особи.
Відповідно до змісту заходу та визначеного показника його виконання передбачено розроблення та впровадження онлайн-курс для керівника організації навчання пройшли та успішно склали вихідне тестування щонайменше 300 керівників міністерств, інших центральних органів виконавчої влади, місцевих державних адміністрацій, міських, селищних, сільських голів, голів обласних рад, керівників підприємств, установ, організацій всіх форм власності.
Таким чином, частина показника, яка стосується розроблення та впровадження онлайн-курсу, виконана у повному обсязі.
З метою забезпечення можливості ідентифікації категорій слухачів, які успішно завершили курс, у І півріччі 2026 року до вихідної анкети, доступ до якої відкривається виключно після успішного складання вихідного тестування, додано питання щодо категорії посади, повної назви установи (організації), місця роботи та займаної посади.
Станом на 10.07.2026 серед слухачів, які успішно завершили навчання за курсом «Розбудова доброчесних організацій» у вихідній анкеті ідентифікували себе як керівники 55 осіб (з необхідних 300, що передбачено у змісті заходу).
З огляду на викладене, станом на кінець ІІ кварталу 2026 року відповідний захід не може вважатись виконаним повністю.
