The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:

The National Agency and other authorized bodies (units), within their scope of authority, properly implement whistleblower protection in practice through:
monitoring the activities of authorized units (authorized officers) in matters of prevention and detection of corruption regarding their work with whistleblowers;
proper coordination among agencies authorized to provide whistleblower protection;
a proper level of legal protection of whistleblowers;
facilitating the provision of psychological assistance to whistleblowers

Національне агентство з питань запобігання корупції застосовує систему моніторингу діяльності уповноважених підрозділів (осіб) з питань запобігання та виявлення корупції щодо роботи з викривачами шляхом проведення планових/позапланових перевірок організації роботи в організаціях. Так, станом на 31.03.2024 проведено 3 планові перевірки та внесено 3 приписи про усунення порушень вимог Закону України "Про запобігання корупції", в частині захисту прав викривачів.
