In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1194 On Amendments to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025 dated 18 October 2024, the content of the measure was amended.

За повідомленням Міністерства аграрної політики та продовольства України," станом на IV квартал 2024 року - "17 жовтня 2024 року Президентом України підписано Закон України від 19 вересня 2024 року № 3980-IX “Про інформаційно-комунікаційну систему “Державний аграрний реєстр”. Закон набирає чинності через три місяці з дня його опублікування".
Проте, враховуючи настання дати завершення виконання заходу та відсутність документально підтвердженої інформації (зокрема по пункту 2.2.2.4.8 ДАП), є підстави для констатації того, що відповідний захід не виконано.
