За повідомленням Міністерства аграрної політики та продовольства України, станом на 31.03.2024 р. "розроблено фінансово-економічні розрахунки до проекту Закону України «Про Державний аграрний реєстр», які проводилися щодо визначення вартості послуги з формування та реалізації зазначеного проекту акта (адміністрування, оренда обладнання, хостингу серверного обладнання). Зазначені фінансово-економічні розрахунки листом Мінагрополітики від 02.10.2023 № 21-1110-05/22957, були направлені до Мінфіну разом із проектом Закону України "Про Державний аграрний реєстр" на погодження. Станом на І квартал 2024 року проект Закону зареєстровано у Верховній Раді України 04 березня 2024 року за № 11063".
Проте зважаючи на те, що строк виконання заходу завершився , а документального підтвердження фінансово-економічних розрахунків потреб (зокрема шляхом розроблення техніко-економічного обґрунтування створення або модернізації засобів інформатизації), необхідних для здійснення заходів, запланованих на 2024 і 2025 роки, та тих, які потребують додаткового фінансування (зокрема спрямованих на створення або модернізацію інформаційних систем та/або електронних комунікаційних мереж, засобів інформатизації та інформаційних ресурсів), зокрема під час формування бюджетних пропозицій на 2024 і 2025 роки, виконавцем не надано, є підстави вважати захід 1.1.1.5.4.(7) не виконаним.
