According to the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, as of December 31, 2023, "financial and economic calculations of needs (specifically by developing a feasibility study of the creation or modernization of IT systems) required for implementation of the activities planned for 2024 and the needs that require additional funding (specifically activities aimed at creating or modernizing IT systems and/or electronic communication networks, information technology development tools, and information resources) regarding measure 2.6.4.1.2 were performed."
However, the documentary evidence (files/links) of the implementation of measure 1.1.1.5.4.(9) of the SACP was not provided, and measure 2.6.4.1.2 of the SACP referred to by the implementer has the status of not started.
