Міністерство охорони здоров’я України листом від 26.05.2023 № 28/14208/2-23 повідомило Національне агентство з питань запобігання корупції про те, що "виконання заходів планується за рахунок залучення коштів МТД. У разі визначення необхідності залучення фінансування звернеться до НАЗК додатково". Відповідно ж до листа МОЗ щодо карток продуктів від 10.10.2023 №28/28775/2-23, можна дійти висновку, що окремо ТЕО не розроблялося, оскільки МОЗ впроваджує заходи в межах наявного функціоналу та зазначає, що розроблено технічне завдання та здійснено технічну розробку впровадження можливості застосування в електронній системі охорони здоров'я Національного класифікатора НК 030:2022 “Класифікатор функціонування, обмеження життєдіяльності та здоров'я”.
Окрім того, у статусі не розпочатих залишаються заходи 2.7.3.4.6 - 2.7.3.4.9 ДАП щодо розширення функціоналу електронної системи охорони здоров’я, де головним виконавцем визначено Міністерство охорони здоров’я України і які прямо пов'язані з підунктом 1.1.1.5.4. ДАП .
