1.1.1.5.4 (14). In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1194 On Amendments to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025 dated 18 October 2024, the content of the measure was amended.

Implementing status

Progress/Result of implementation:

According to the National Agency of Ukraine for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes, as of December 31, 2023, “financial and economic calculations of the needs (specifically by developing a feasibility study of the creation or modernization of IT systems) necessary for the implementation of measure 3.3.3.8.2 scheduled for 2024 and 2025, as the one requiring additional funding, were made.

Information was provided by ARMA letters to the Ministry of Digital Transformation No. 10617/1-27-23/17 of November 13, 2023, No. 417/1-27-24/17.2 of January 10, 2024, No. 499/24-27-24/17.2 of January 11, 2024, and ARMA letter to NACP No. 11895/1-31-23/17.2 of December 28, 2023.”
