1.1.1.5.4.(26). According to the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine:

"1). The State Regulatory Service of Ukraine addressed the relevant companies to collect price proposals for the development of terms of reference, user interface prototypes and a feasibility study for the creation of the Unified Information System "Regulatory Portal" (with an indication of the estimated cost of the work). Six such commercial proposals were received and processed by the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

2). The State Regulatory Service of Ukraine sent proposals to the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine for the National Information Technology Development Program for 2024-2026 (letter of the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine dated April 21, 2023 No. 1513/20-23) in order to effectively plan the implementation of digital products specified in the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025, for which no funding was provided for the budget year 2024 (together with the feasibility study on the information technology development task (project)).

3) In July 2023, the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine held an open tender with the specifics - "Consulting Services on Systems and Technical Issues (Services for the Development of Terms of Reference and Prototypes of the User Interface of the Unified Information System "Regulatory Portal")"; the winner was determined and the agreement was concluded on August 07, 2023.

4) On October 05, 2023, the contractor submitted to the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine the terms of reference and prototypes of the user interface of the Unified Information System "Regulatory Portal". Preparation of financial and economic calculations for the information technology development project has begun.

On November 2, 2023, as a result of the execution of the Agreement dated August 07, 2023 No. 87, the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine signed an act of services rendered. In particular, the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine received the terms of reference, prototypes of the Regulatory Portal user interface and the feasibility study.

In 2024, the software development is to be funded by the EU4Business project "SME Policies & Institutions Support (SMEPIS)".
