According to the notification of the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance, "on April 04, 2023 for the implementation of SACP measure 1.1.1.5.4., the head of the secretariat of the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance created a working group for the development of feasibility study of the creation or modernization of IT systems and/or electronic communication networks, means of informatization and information resources. On May 24, 2023, a letter with the feasibility study was sent to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine via EIS".
As of September 30, 2023, financial and economic calculations of needs have been performed.
