1.1.1.5.5.(4). Performing financial and economic calculations of needs (specifically by developing a feasibility study of the creation or modernization of IT systems) required for implementation of the activities throughout 2025 and 2025 necessitated by the passage of normative legal acts, and the needs that require additional funding (specifically activities aimed at creating or modernizing IT systems and/or electronic communication networks, information technology development tools, and information resources), particularly during the formulation of budget proposals for 2024 and 2025 (financial and economic calculations must be performed and feasibility studies developed for the following activities: 1.4.3.2.2––1.4.3.2.4, 2.2.1.1.5––2.2.1.1.7, 2.2.2.1.3, 2.2.2.1.4, 2.2.2.2.6, 2.5.5.1.3––2.5.5.1.6, 2.6.1.3.4––2.6.1.3.7, 2.7.1.1.3, 2.7.1.2.3, 2.7.1.1.4, 2.7.1.2.4, 2.7.3.2.6, 2.7.3.2.7, 2.7.3.3.5, 2.7.3.3.6, 3.3.3.9.1)

За повідомленням Міністерства захисту довкілля та природних ресурсів України, на виконання заходу 1.1.1.5.4.(4) - "наразі Мінекономіки не розроблено та не подано Кабінету Міністрів України проектів актів Кабінету Міністрів України щодо впровадження електронних аукціонів та систем для доступу до обмеженого спільного ресурсу на постійній основі з урахуванням проведених аналітичних досліджень заходів, що є необхідними для виконання Міновкілля заходу 2.2.2.2.6 "Впровадження електронних аукціонів та систем для доступу до обмеженого спільного ресурсу на постійній основі та в повному обсязі".
Після затвердження Кабінетом Міністрів України відповідних актів, Міндовкілля невідкладно розробить та подасть відповідні фінансово-економічні розрахунки потреб (зокрема, шляхом розроблення техніко-економічного обґрунтування створення або модернізації засобів інформатизації), необхідних для здійснення заходів протягом 2024 і 2025 років".
