1.1.1.5.5.(4). Performing financial and economic calculations of needs (specifically by developing a feasibility study of the creation or modernization of IT systems) required for implementation of the activities throughout 2024 and 2025 necessitated by the passage of normative legal acts, and the needs that require additional funding (specifically activities aimed at creating or modernizing IT systems and/or electronic communication networks, information technology development tools, and information resources), particularly during the formulation of budget proposals for 2024 and 2025 (financial and economic calculations must be performed and feasibility studies developed for the following activities: 1.4.3.2.2––1.4.3.2.4, 2.2.1.1.5––2.2.1.1.7, 2.2.2.1.3, 2.2.2.1.4, 2.2.2.2.6, 2.5.5.1.3––2.5.5.1.6, 2.6.1.3.4––2.6.1.3.7, 2.7.1.1.3, 2.7.1.2.3, 2.7.1.1.4, 2.7.1.2.4, 2.7.3.2.6, 2.7.3.2.7, 2.7.3.3.5, 2.7.3.3.6, 3.3.3.9.1)

According to the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine (Ministry of Environment), in pursuance of measure 1.1.1.5.5, “currently, the Ministry of Economy has not developed and submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine draft acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the introduction of electronic auctions and systems for access to a limited common resource on a permanent basis, taking into account analytical studies of measures necessary for the Ministry of Environment to implement measure 2.2.2.2.6 “Introducing electronic auctions and systems for access to a limited common resource on a permanent basis.”
After the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approves relevant acts, the Ministry of Environment will immediately develop and submit relevant financial and economic calculations of needs (specifically by developing a feasibility study of the creation or modernization of IT systems) required for implementation of the activities throughout 2024 and 2025.”
