Carrying out financial economic calculations of needs (in particular, by developing technical economic justification of developing/modernization of hardware and software) to perform measures indicated in subclauses 2.2.1.1.5, 2.2.2.1.3, 2.2.2.2.6, 2.2.2.4.9, 2.5.4.3.3, 2.5.5.1.4, 2.7.1.1.3, 2.7.1.2.3, 2.7.3.3.5, 2.7.3.4.8, due to adoption of regulatory legal acts (in particular, while developing budget proposals for 2025)

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1194 On Amendments to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025 dated 18 October 2024, the content of the measure was amended.

Implementing status

Progress/Result of implementation:

Державна регуляторна служба (далі - ДРС) є виконавцем заходу 2.2.2.1.3, який потребує проведення фінансово-економічних розрахунків.

Виконання заходу 2.2.2.1.3 повʼязане із набранням чинності нормативно-правовим актом, передбаченим заходом 2.2.2.1.1, водночас відповідний нормативно-правовий акт станом на 31.03.2025 чинності не набрав. З огляду на це наразі відсутні потреби у проведенні фінансово-економічних розрахунків.

Водночас, незважаючи на вищевикладене, наразі ДРС працює над концепцією функціонування електронної системи управління ризиками, що є складовою Інтегрованої автоматизованої системи державного нагляду (контролю)
