1.1.1.5.5.(14). Performing financial and economic calculations of needs (specifically by developing a feasibility study of the creation or modernization of IT systems) required for implementation of the activities throughout 2025 and 2025 necessitated by the passage of normative legal acts, and the needs that require additional funding (specifically activities aimed at creating or modernizing IT systems and/or electronic communication networks, information technology development tools, and information resources), particularly during the formulation of budget proposals for 2024 and 2025 (financial and economic calculations must be performed and feasibility studies developed for the following activities: 1.4.3.2.2––1.4.3.2.4, 2.2.1.1.5––2.2.1.1.7, 2.2.2.1.3, 2.2.2.1.4, 2.2.2.2.6, 2.5.5.1.3––2.5.5.1.6, 2.6.1.3.4––2.6.1.3.7, 2.7.1.1.3, 2.7.1.2.3, 2.7.1.1.4, 2.7.1.2.4, 2.7.3.2.6, 2.7.3.2.7, 2.7.3.3.5, 2.7.3.3.6, 3.3.3.9.1)

За повідомленням Державної регуляторної служба України, станом на 31.03.2024 р. "надано до Мінцифри пропозиції до Національної програми інформатизації на 2024 рік стосовно створення цифрового продукту –Електронна система управління ризиками (листи ДРС від 04.01.2024 № 60/20-24 та від 10.01.2024 № 146/20-24), а також поінформовано НАЗК (лист ДРС від 15.01.2024 № 212/20-24).
19.01.2024 відбулося друге засідання Робочої групи щодо створення Електронної системи управління ризиками, що є складовою Інтегрованої автоматизованої системи державного нагляду (контролю) (протокол від 19.01.2024 № 116-07/1). За результатами опрацьовується:
- проект Концепції створення Електронної системи управління ризиками, що є складовою Інтегрованої автоматизованої системи державного нагляду (контролю);
- зміни до Порядку функціонування інтегрованої автоматизованої системи державного нагляду (контролю), внесення відомостей до неї та строки розміщення цих відомостей, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 24.05.2017 № 387 (зі змінами);
- проєкт постанови Кабінету Міністрів України щодо експериментального проекту про функціонування Електронної системи управління ризиками, що є складовою Інтегрованої автоматизованої системи державного нагляду (контролю).
