Conducting legal monitoring activities: systemic, comprehensive efforts aimed at overseeing, analyzing, and assessing the effectiveness of enforcement of sector-specific legislation that governs social relations in sectors outlined in Section 3 of the Anticorruption Strategy, with a view to identifying issues and shortcomings and, by extension, needs for continued improvement of legislation

Conflicts, gaps, and other factors fostering corruption, which contribute to ambiguous interpretation and violation of the principle of legal certainty as well as corruption risks have been eliminated in the domain of anticorruption efforts and in the priority sectors identified in Section 3 of the Anticorruption Strategy

According to the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine, as of June 30, 2024, “the Department of Cultural Heritage conducts systematic work aimed at monitoring, analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of the application of sectoral legislation in the field of cultural heritage in order to identify problems and shortcomings and the needs for its further improvement.”
