1.1.3.3.5 (9). Drafting and submitting to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the draft laws on improvement of sectoral legislation governing social relations in the sectors indicated in Section 3 of the Anticorruption Strategy, based on the findings of legal monitoring, analytical studies indicated in subclause 1.1.3.3.3, and/or the findings of anticorruption expert examinations of normative legal acts currently in effect conducted as part of the activity indicated in subclause 1.1.3.3.4
Measure status:
The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:
1.1.3.3. Conflicts, gaps, and other factors fostering corruption, which contribute to ambiguous interpretation and violation of the principle of legal certainty as well as corruption risks have been eliminated in the domain of anticorruption efforts and in the priority sectors identified in Section 3 of the Anticorruption Strategy

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1194 On Amendments to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025 dated 18 October 2024, the content of the measure was amended.

Міністерство оборони України повідомляє.
За результатами моніторингу виникла необхідність внесення змін до Закону України “Про запобігання корупції”, якими необхідно уточнити переліку суб’єктів декларування, з числа військовослужбовців Державної прикордонної служби України, Державної служби спеціального зв’язку та захисту інформації України, Управління державної охорони України, Збройних Сил України та інших військових формувань, утворених відповідно до законів України, на яких не розповсюджується відтермінування на подання декларації осіб, уповноважених на виконання функцій держави або місцевого самоврядування в умовах воєнного стану.
Проєкт Закону направлено на зовнішнє погодження заінтересованими центральними органами виконавчої влади (вих. МО №220/19493 від 08.11.2025).
Водночас захід передбачає не лише розробку відповідних проектів законів, а й подання їх Кабінетові Міністрів України та до Верховної Ради України.
Таким чином, у зв’язку із настанням строку виконання заходу та недосягненням показника його виконання, захід є невиконаним.
