Guided by appropriate competencies on management of state-owned enterprises, perform inventory and registration of 100% real estate objects and lands property rights of business entities of the defense industry complex, state and state-owned enterprises subject to litigations, including those located in territories adjacent to combat line or temporarily occupied by Russian Federation

The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:
2.6.1.2. State registration of real rights to immovable property of business entities of the defense industry was ensured (with the inclusion of information on land plots in a special information layer on defense land in the Public Cadastral Map)

Performance indicator:
Real rights to 100 percent of immovable properties and land plots in the defense industry (other than those that are being disputed in court and the ones located in territories adjacent to combat lines or temporarily occupied by Russian Federation) have been registered.
In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1194 On Amendments to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025 dated 18 October 2024, the content of the measure was amended.
Implementing status
Progress/Result of implementation:
За поперднім повідомленням Мінстратегпрому: "Завершено комплексне наповнення та формування автоматизованої системи «Юридичні особи».
Здійснюється координація діяльності підприємств, що відносяться до сфери управління Мінстратегпрому, по оформленню земельних ділянок".
Водночас інформація, надана Мінстратегпромом за І квартал 2025 року, залишається незмінною.
Таким чином, зазначений захід виконується, однак прогрес у його виконанні відсутній.
