2.6.1.2.2.(3). Developing engineering documentation, inventorying immovable properties, and issuing land management documentation, obtaining extracts from the State Land Cadaster for land plots, registering real rights to 100 percent of such immovable properties and land plots of commercial companies, state and treasury enterprises in the defense industry, other than those that are being disputed in court (within the scope of jurisdiction)

2.6.1.2. State registration of real rights to immovable property of business entities in the defense industry has been ensured (with the inclusion of information about land plots in the dedicated layer of information on the Public Cadastral Map)

За інформацією Мінекономіки: "Питання щодо розроблення технічної документації, інвентаризація об’єктів нерухомого майна та виготовлення документації із землеустрою, отримання витягів з державного земельного кадастру на земельні ділянки, реєстрація речових прав на 100 відсотків таких об’єктів нерухомого майна і земельних ділянок господарських товариств, державних і казенних підприємств в оборонно-промисловому комплексі, крім тих, щодо яких існують судові спори (в межах компетенції) опрацьовується Мінекономіки з головним виконавцем заходу - Міноборони. У разі надходження від Міноборони відповідних матеріалів Міністерство візьме участь у їх опрацюванні".
З огляду на те, що інформацію про розроблення технічної документації, інвентаризацію об’єктів нерухомого майна та виготовлення документації із землеустрою, отримання витягів з державного земельного кадастру на земельні ділянки, реєстрацію речових прав на 100 відсотків таких об’єктів нерухомого майна і земельних ділянок Мінекономіки не надано, прогрес у виконанні заходу відсутній.
