Developing engineering documentation, inventorying immovable properties, and issuing land management documentation, obtaining extracts from the State Land Cadaster for land plots, registering real rights to 100 percent of such immovable properties and land plots of commercial companies, state and treasury enterprises in the defense industry, other than those that are being disputed in court (within the scope of jurisdiction)

2.6.1.2. State registration of real rights to immovable property of business entities in the defense industry has been ensured (with the inclusion of information about land plots in the dedicated layer of information on the Public Cadastral Map)

За інформацією МОН: "Станом на 31.12.2024 року в сфері МОН відсутні підприємства оборонно-промислового комплексу. ДП Мікротек здійснює господарську діяльність з Міноборони на умовах договору за наслідками науково-дослідних та дослідно-конструкторських розробок, нерухоме майно на балансі підприємства, відсутне. Інвентарізація активів та пасивів проводиться щорічно в установленому законодавством порядку.
ДП НДІ "Оріон" має кредиторську заборгованість у розмірі 86 млн та дебіторську заборгованість у розмірі 500 тис.грн. Інвентарізація активів та пасивів проводиться щорічно в установленому законодавством порядку. Укладені контракти в оборонно-промисловому комплексі відсутні".
З огляду на надану МОН інформацію виконання заходу не розпочато.
