Guided by appropriate competencies on management of state-owned enterprises, perform inventory and registration of 100% real estate objects and lands property rights of business entities of the defense industry complex, state and state-owned enterprises subject to litigations, including those located in territories adjacent to combat line or temporarily occupied by Russian Federation

2.6.1.2. State registration of real rights to immovable property of business entities in the defense industry has been ensured (with the inclusion of information about land plots in the dedicated layer of information on the Public Cadastral Map)

Performance indicator:
Real rights to 100 percent of immovable properties and land plots in the defense industry (other than those that are being disputed in court and the ones located in territories adjacent to combat lines or temporarily occupied by Russian Federation) have been registered.
In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1194 On Amendments to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025 dated 18 October 2024, the content of the measure was amended.

За інформацією АТ "Укроборонпром": "У межах компетенції щодо управління об’єктами державної власності проведено державну реєстрацію речових прав на 76,8 % об'єктів нерухомого майна та 75% на земельні ділянки господарських товариств в оборонно-промисловому комплексі, державних і казенних підприємств оборонно-промислового комплексу, крім тих, щодо яких існують судові спори а також тих, що розташовані на територіях, на яких ведуться (велися) бойові дії або тимчасово окупованих Російською Федерацією".
З огляду на викладене, прогрес у виконанні заходу наявний.
