2.6.1.2.2.(6). Developing engineering documentation, inventorying immovable properties, and issuing land management documentation, obtaining extracts from the State Land Cadaster for land plots, registering real rights to 100 percent of such immovable properties and land plots of commercial companies, state and treasury enterprises in the defense industry, other than those that are being disputed in court (within the scope of jurisdiction)

The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:
2.6.1.2. State registration of real rights to immovable property of business entities in the defense industry has been ensured (with the inclusion of information about land plots in the dedicated layer of information on the Public Cadastral Map)

За інформацією Акціонерного товариства "Українська оборонна промисловість":
- до 30.04.2023 було здійснено реєстрацію речових прав на 42% земельних ділянок та 36% об'єктів нерухомого майна (55% будівель та 10% споруд);
- до 30.09.2023 було здійснено державну реєстрацію речових прав на 47% земельних ділянок та 39,4% об’єктів нерухомого майна державних підприємств та господарських товариств в оборонно-промисловому комплексі;
- до 31.12.2023 було здійснено державну реєстрацію речових прав на 51,7% земельних ділянок та 42,2% об’єктів нерухомого майна державних підприємств та господарських товариств в оборонно-промисловому комплексі;
- до 31.03.2024 було здійснено державну реєстрацію речових прав на 53,3% земельних ділянок та 43,8% об’єктів нерухомого майна державних підприємств та господарських товариств в оборонно-промисловому комплексі.
З огляду на надану інформацію Акціонерним товариством "Українська оборонна промисловість" наявний прогрес у виконанні заходу.
