Проведено аналітичне дослідження щодо механізму запобігання та врегулювання конфлікту інтересів у діяльності Вищої ради правосуддя та Вищої кваліфікаційної комісії суддів України, їх проблем з розробленням пропозицій щодо напрямів їх розв’язання (зокрема щодо можливості повідомлення про потенційний конфлікт інтересів або подання добровільної декларації про приватні інтереси) та сформовано звіт за його результатами.
Водночас, звіт не було презентовано протягом січня - березня 2024 року. З огляду на зазначене та сплив строку виконання заходу, у межах щоквартального моніторингу стану виконання заходів за І квартал 2024 року, вимушені констатувати, що захід виконано частково.
