An analytical study was conducted concerning the mechanism for preventing and resolving conflicts of interest in the activities of the High Council of Justice and the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, their problems with the development of proposals for ways to resolve them (in particular, regarding the possibility of reporting a potential conflict of interest or submitting a voluntary declaration of private interests), and a report was generated based on its results.

The report was presented on the website of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention.

In view of this, we conclude that the measure has been fully implemented within the framework of the quarterly monitoring of the implementation of measures for Q2 of 2024.
