2.4.3.1.2.(2). Drafting normative legal acts (amendments to normative legal acts) aimed at the implementation of the provisions of the law indicated in subclause 2.4.3.1.1

The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:
2.4.3.1. On the basis of the Unified Register of State-Owned Properties, a register of state and municipal unitary enterprises, as well as business companies in which more than 50 percent of the authorized capital stock (equity) belongs to the state or a territorial community, has been created and populated with data, with mandatory publication of information on the activities of such legal entities in accordance with international standards, including information on government aid received
Problem solving:
2.4.3. The insufficient scope of publicly available information about business entities in which the state has an ownership stake significantly reduces the transparency of their activities, complicates public control and fosters corruption.

Міністерство економіки України повідомило, що станом на 31.03.2024 Закон України, зазначений у підпункті 2.4.3.1.1. не прийнято, відповідно, дата початку виконання заходу, зазначеного у підпункті 2.4.3.1.2. не настала.
натомість під час звітування у 4 кварталі 2023 року Міністерство зазначало, що листом від 24.10.2023 № 3223-03/57428-03 надало Висновок до проекту Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України «Про внесення змін до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 14 квітня 2004 р. № 467», розробленої Фондом державного майна України на виконання, зокрема, пункту 2.4.3.1.2 Заходів з виконання Державної антикорупційної програми на 2023 – 2025 роки, затвердженої постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 04.03.2023 № 220, з метою приведення постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 14.04.2004 № 467 «Про затвердження Положення про Єдиний реєстр об’єктів державної власності» у відповідність із Законом України від 30.05.2023 № 3137-IX «Про внесення змін до деяких законодавчих актів України щодо оптимізації діяльності Фонду державного майна України, вдосконалення управління державним майном та підвищення ефективності санкційної політики».
