The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:
1.2.1.2. The overall level of tolerance of corruption in Ukraine has decreased owing to the creation of favorable conditions for professional development of educators and people working with the public, in particular in matters of academic integrity and instilling an attitude of intolerance of corruption in all its manifestations among students
Problem solving:
1.2.1. Everyday corrupt practices are an established norm of conduct and are not perceived as violations of moral or legal norms. There is no consistent demand from the population for public officials to uphold the prescribed rules of ethical conduct and integrity

The recommendations indicated in subclause 1.2.1.2.5 have been integrated into normative documents, charters, guidelines, and orders.
In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1194 On Amendments to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025 dated 18 October 2024, the content of the measure was amended.

За інформацією Міністерства освіти і науки, листом від 14.06.2025 № 1/12502-25 місцевим органам управління у сфері освіти надіслано розроблені Національним агентством з питань запобігання корупції "Рекомендації щодо забезпечення прозорості та доброчесності в діяльності закладів загальної середньої освіти — посібник «Освітній навігатор»". Водночас відсутня інформація про те, що рекомендації, зазначені у підпункті 1.2.1.2.5, закріплено у нормативних документах, статутах, інструкціях, наказах. У зв'язку з цим, захід є виконаним частково.
