1.2.1.2.11. Integrating the recommendations indicated in subclause 1.2.1.2.9 in normative documents, charters, guidelines, and orders

The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:
1.2.1.2. The overall level of tolerance of corruption in Ukraine has decreased owing to the creation of favorable conditions for professional development of educators and people working with the public, in particular in matters of academic integrity and instilling an attitude of intolerance of corruption in all its manifestations among students
Problem solving:
1.2.1. Everyday corrupt practices are an established norm of conduct and are not perceived as violations of moral or legal norms. There is no consistent demand from the population for public officials to uphold the prescribed rules of ethical conduct and integrity

Міністерством освіти і науки України (далі - МОН) надано зауваження та пропозиції НАЗК до проекту рекомендацій щодо підвищення рівня прозорості та доброчесності у діяльності закладів професійної освіти.
Після надходження від НАЗК остаточного варіанту рекомендацій та схвалення зазначених рекомендацій з визначенням граничного строку їх впровадження в діяльність закладів професійної освіти вони будуть закріплюватись у нормативних документах, статутах, інструкціях, наказах.
Враховуючи зазначене вище, а також зважаючи на те, що дата завершення строку виконання заходу вже настала, констатуємо, що захід не є виконаним.
