1.2.1.2.12. Gathering and consolidating data on the implementation of recommendations by institutions of professional (vocational) education, once every six months
Measure status:
The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:
1.2.1.2. The overall level of tolerance of corruption in Ukraine has decreased owing to the creation of favorable conditions for professional development of educators and people working with the public, in particular in matters of academic integrity and instilling an attitude of intolerance of corruption in all its manifestations among students
Problem solving:
1.2.1. Everyday corrupt practices are an established norm of conduct and are not perceived as violations of moral or legal norms. There is no consistent demand from the population for public officials to uphold the prescribed rules of ethical conduct and integrity

05.03.2026 було видано наказ МОН № 408 «Про затвердження рекомендацій щодо підвищення рівня прозорості та доброчесності у діяльності закладів професійної освіти, розроблених Національним агентством з питань запобігання корупції».
Зазначеним наказом передбачено, зокрема:
- Державній службі якості освіти протягом 2026 року забезпечити збір та узагальнення даних щодо виконання Рекомендацій.
У зв'язку з цим ДСЯО не мало можливості здійснити відповідний збір та узагальнення даних протягом відповідного звітного періоду.
Разом з тим, захід перебуває на стадії виконання.
Але, оскільки показник виконання протягом звітного періоду не досягнуто, вважаємо, що захід не є виконаним.
