2.7.3.4. The functions of providing the relevant medical opinion on determining the disability group and social assistance based on such an opinion are divided between state bodies in order to reduce corruption risks

На виконання заходу передбаченого п. 2.7.3.4.5 (2) Державної антикорупційної програми 2023-2025 роки, Міністерством соціальної політики України повідомлено, що: "після погодження проекту наказу Міністерства соціальної політики України „Про затвердження Змін до деяких наказів Міністерства соціальної політики України” заінтересованими сторонами, буде здійснено супровід його державної реєстрації в Міністерстві юстиції України". Таким чином, у межах звітного періоду відповідного супроводження державної реєстрації проектів нормативно-правових актів, зазначених у підпункті 2.7.3.4.3 здійснено не було. Таким чином, захід виконаним не є.
