The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:
1.1.1.1. Studies aimed at ascertaining the overall indicators and causes of corruption in Ukraine, as well as measurements of experiences and perception of corruption by the population are undertaken regularly

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1194 On Amendments to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025 dated 18 October 2024, the content of the measure was amended.
Implementing status
Progress/Result of implementation:
1. Експертне опитування щодо оцінки рівня корупції в Україні за 2023 рік проведено у І кварталі 2024 року за фінансової підтримки Антикорупційної ініціативи Європейського Союзу в Україні (EUACI) та за методикою, затвердженою наказом Національного агентства з питань запобігання корупції від 06.12.2023 № 281/23. Презентацію результатів експертного опитування «Корупція в Україні 2023: погляд та оцінки експертів» для громадськості та медіа проведено в онлайн-форматі 28.06.2024.
2. У IV кварталі 2025 року здійснено підготовчі та організаційні заходи щодо проведення експертного опитування за результатами 2025 року. Зокрема, наказом НАЗК від 18.12.2025 № 362/25 оновлено Методику експертного опитування щодо оцінки рівня корупції в Україні. У період з грудня 2025 року по лютий 2026 року виконавцем робіт з проведення дослідження здійснено польові роботи з опитування респондентів. Дослідження здійснюється за фінансової підтримки Організації з безпеки і співробітництва в Європі (ОБСЄ). Презентацію результатів опитування заплановано провести у квітні 2026 року.
