The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:
2.6.1.1. The electronic accounting system includes all the data obtained as a result of a full inventory of defense facilities, including data on defense land and land plots of defense industry entities

2.6.1. Nontransparent and ineffective usage and disposition of defense land, immovable properties in the defense industry, as well as surplus movable property of the army, intellectual property; uncontrolled consumption of fuel procured for the needs of the Armed Forces

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1194 On Amendments to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025 dated 18 October 2024, the content of the measure was amended.
Implementing status
Progress/Result of implementation:
1. За інформацією МВС: "Звіт про результати моніторингу кількості проінвентаризованих земель оборони, які перебувають у користуванні юридичних осіб сфери управління МВС, опубліковано на сайті МВС".
2. Інформацію про виконання моніторингу оприлюднено на офіційному сайті Міністерства внутрішніз справ України.
3. З огляду на вищевказану інформацію, за результатами моніторингу за IV квартал 2025 року заходу 2.6.1.1.11 (2) Програми присвоєно статус «захід виконано вчасно та повністю».
