The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:
2.6.1.1. The electronic accounting system includes all the data obtained as a result of a full inventory of defense facilities, including data on defense land and land plots of defense industry entities

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1194 On Amendments to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025 dated 18 October 2024, the content of the measure was amended.
Implementing status
Progress/Result of implementation:
1. Відповідно до інформації про стан виконання заходу 2.6.1.1.11 (3) Програми, що отримана від головного виконавця: проведено інвентаризацію 166 земельних ділянок Служби безпеки України, 142 ділянки зареєстровано на праві постійного користування, державної реєстрації потребує 24 земельних ділянок, заходи з реєстрації продовжують проводитися.
2. Відповідно до Додатку 2 Програми строк виконання цього заходу визначений як 01.01.2024 (дата початку виконання) – 31.12.2025 (дата завершення виконання).
3. Відповідно до Додатку 2 Програми показником виконання цього заходу є «звіт про результати моніторингу опубліковано».
4. З огляду на те, що Службою безпеки України повідомлено про проведення щорічного моніторингу кількості проінвентаризованих та зареєстрованих речових прав на землі оборони, однак не опубліковано звіт про результати такого моніторингу у відкритому доступі, констатуємо, що захід виконано частково.
