The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:
2.6.1.1. The electronic accounting system includes all the data obtained as a result of a full inventory of defense facilities, including data on defense land and land plots of defense industry entities

2.6.1. Nontransparent and ineffective usage and disposition of defense land, immovable properties in the defense industry, as well as surplus movable property of the army, intellectual property; uncontrolled consumption of fuel procured for the needs of the Armed Forces

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1194 On Amendments to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025 dated 18 October 2024, the content of the measure was amended.
Implementing status
Progress/Result of implementation:
1. На виконання заходу, передбаченого п. 2.6.1.1.14 Державної антикорупційної програми на 2023-2025 роки, головним виконавцем повідомлено, що:
1) листами Міноборони від 23.04.2024 № 220/68/928 та від 12.11.2024 № 220/68/2736 надані до Державної служби України з питань геодезії, картографії та кадастру дані для формування спеціального інформаційного шару про землі оборони в Публічній кадастровій карті;
2) виконання буде продовжено після вводу в експлуатацію підсистеми управління земельні ділянки, що належать до сфери управління Міноборони;
3) крім того, здійснюються заходи щодо введення у штат ГУКВ автоматизованих робочих місць зі спеціальним програмним забезпеченням ArcGZS Desktop.
2. Відповідно до Додатку 2 Програми показником виконання цього заходу є «інформацію про 100 відсотків земель оборони внесено до Державного земельного кадастру».
3. З огляду на інформацію, що міститься у пп. 1 – 2, за результатами моніторингу за I квартал 2026 року заходу 2.6.1.1.14 Програми присвоєно статус «виконано вчасно, але частково».
