2.6.2.2. Secrecy in defense procurement has been reduced to a reasonable level, the volume of information on procurement results is made public, including as a set of data, and a transparent system of pricing for defense products is in place

2.6.2. Procurement of goods, work, and services for defense purposes is carried out under conditions of excessive secrecy and has a low level of competition, which contributes to abuse and unjustified spending of budget funds.

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1194 On Amendments to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025 dated 18 October 2024, the content of the measure was amended.
Implementing status
Progress/Result of implementation:
1. На виконання заходу, передбаченого п. 2.6.2.2.3 Державної антикорупційної програми на 2023-2025 роки, Міністерством оборони України повідомлено, що:
1) проведено аналітичне дослідження щодо охорони таємної інформації, зокрема стосовно визначення обсягів відомостей, які публікуються в електронній системі закупівель, а також процедур для розсекречування відомостей про оборонні закупівлі;
2) станом на теперішній час опрацьовується питання щодо оприлюднення та презентації для громадськості.
2. Відповідно до Додатку 2 Програми показником виконання цього заходу є «результати аналітичного дослідження оприлюднено та презентовано для громадськості».
3. Відповідно до Додатку 2 Програми строк виконання цього заходу визначений як 01.01.2024 (дата початку виконання) – 31.10.2024 (дата завершення виконання).
4. З огляду на інформацію, що міститься у пп. 1 – 3, за результатами моніторингу за I квартал 2026 року заходу 2.6.2.2.3 Програми присвоєно статус «захід виконано невчасно та частково».
