The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:
2.6.3.1. The existing system of state guarantees of the quality of defense goods, works and services in Ukraine implements international requirements and standards for conformity assessment of quality management systems of manufacturers and suppliers, which also meet NATO standards
Problem solving:
2.6.3. The ineffective model of control over defense products in the production process does not make it possible to completely rule out the supply of defective weapons and military equipment in a timely manner.

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1194 On Amendments to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025 dated 18 October 2024, the content of the measure was amended.

1. Відповідно до інформації, що надана головним виконавцем:
Розроблено та затверджено дорожню катру з цифровізації та цифрової трансформації процесів державного гарантування якості щодо створення електронної інформаційно-комунікаційної системи підтримки системи державного гарантування якості оборонної продукції, у тому числі бази даних результатів оцінювання відповідності систем менеджменту якості постачальників вимогам, визначеним стандартами НАТО та/або відповідними військовими стандартами.
2.Показником виконання зазначеного заходу є "систему введено в промислову експлуатацію", з огляду на що вимушені констатувати, що захід виконано частково.
