Measure status:
The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:
2.6.4.1. An audit of the existing housing queue of servicemen was conducted; a fully automated housing queue management system is in place, which ensures that servicemen are provided with housing in a transparent and priority-based manner

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1194 On Amendments to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025 dated 18 October 2024, the content of the measure was amended.

1. Відповідно до інформації, що надана головним виконавцем за IV квартал 2025 року:
За результатами засідання Продуктового підкомітету з питань цифрової трансформації у системі Міністерства оборони України яке відбулося 21.10.2025 та затверджено Протоколом засідання № 7 від 24.10.2025 (погодженим заступницією Міністра оборони України з питань цифрового розвитку, цифрових трансформацій і цифровізації від 29.10.2025 (№ 49471/з) прийнято одноголосно рішення, що створення, впровадження та розгортання інформаційно-комунікаційної системи квартирного обліку військовослужбовців Збройних Сил України “Житло +” є недоцільним.
2. Відповідно до Додатку 2 Програми показником виконання цього заходу є «наказ видано та оприлюднено».
3. Відповідно до Додатку 2 Програми строк виконання цього заходу визначений як 01.12.2025 (дата початку виконання) – 31.12.2025 (дата завершення виконання).
4. Констатуємо, що захід є невиконаним за результатами моніторингу за IV квартал 2025 року.
