2.1.3.3. The disciplinary practice with respect to judges is consistent, predictable, stable, and open; all decisions of the disciplinary authority are made public on time; disciplinary proceedings against judges are generally open and broadcast in real time

За інформацією, наданою Вищою радою правосуддя, робочою групою ВРП з питань узагальнення дисциплінарної практики щодо суддів (утворена рішенням ВРП № 545/0/15-24 від 22.02.2024) підготовлено проект узагальнення дисциплінарної практики Вищої ради правосуддя із перегляду рішень Дисциплінарних палат Вищої ради правосуддя за 2023 рік. Наразі готуються документи для надіслання узагальнення для надання міжнародними партнерами експертної підтримки, після чого буде передано Вищій раді правосуддя для розгляду питання про оприлюднення узагальнення.
