Implementing status
Progress/Result of implementation:
The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine reported that it had prepared an analytical study to determine the categories of cases that can be considered online regardless of the location of the parties and the court within the scope of monitoring the implementation and analyzing the effectiveness of adopted laws and regulations. Analysis results are included in the Monitoring Report 2023, published on the official website of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (chapter I, problem 1 of the Judiciary and Administration of Justice section).
Conclusions and recommendations regarding the determination of categories of cases that can be considered online regardless of the location of the parties and the court were discussed during the presentation of the monitoring report on March 4, 2024, with the participation of representatives of public authorities, non-governmental organizations, international organizations, participants in international technical assistance projects, and the academic community.
