Drafting and submitting to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine a draft law proposing to provide for online judicial examination irrespective of the location of the parties and the court for specific categories of cases, according to the recommendations outlined in the analytical report indicated in subclause 2.1.4.2.1

2.1.4.2. E-justice has been ensured, in particular by enabling the online consideration of certain categories of cases regardless of the location of the parties and the court, which, in particular, contributes to the even allocation of cases among courts and judges
