2.1.4.2.4. Conducting an audit of the current status of information technologies in courts, as well as assessing the degree to which they align with the current tasks of the justice system. The audit should produce an assessment of the current IT solutions in accordance with best international practices and bearing in mind the cost effectiveness of the existing infrastructure, as well as the recommendations regarding the continued development and transformation of the architecture of IT systems of the judiciary.

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1194 On Amendments to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025 dated 18 October 2024, the content of the measure was amended.

У 3 кварталі 2024 року Державна судова адміністрація України повідомила, що було підготовано технічні вимоги до аудиту поточного стану інформаційних технологій в судах.
У 4 кварталі 2024 року Державна судова адміністрація України повідомила, що було підготовлено проект Концепції розвитку єдиної судової інформаційно-телекомунікаційної системи з урахуванням результату аудиту поточного стану інформаційних технологій в судах. Проект Концепції було оприлюднено на офіційному сайті ДСА для проведення громадського обговорення.
З огляду на те, що у межах щоквартального моніторингу за 4 квартал 2024 року не було надано інформації щодо конкретних дій, націлених на здійснення аудиту поточного стану інформаційних технологій в судах, а також оцінки їх відповідності поточним завданням судочинства, вимушені констатувати відсутність прогресу виконання заходу 2.1.4.2.4.
