2.1.4.2.4. Conducting an audit of the current status of information technologies in courts, as well as assessing the degree to which they align with the current tasks of the justice system. The audit should produce an assessment of the current IT solutions in accordance with best international practices and bearing in mind the cost effectiveness of the existing infrastructure, as well as the recommendations regarding the continued development and transformation of the architecture of IT systems of the judiciary.

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1194 On Amendments to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025 dated 18 October 2024, the content of the measure was amended.

За інформацією, наданою ДСА України у попередніх кварталах, за результатами проведеного функціонального та технічного аудитів ДСА України розроблено Дорожню карту розвитку ІТ-рішень у судовій системі, яку в установленому порядку погоджено з Міністерством цифрової трансформації України та затверджено наказом ДСА України від 02.12.2024 № 534, на основі якої розроблено нову Концепцію розвитку ЄСІТС, яка передбачає створення та впровадження електронного процесуального діловодства. Наказом ДСА України від 30.04.2025 № 178 затверджено Концепцію ЄСІТС.
У ІІ кварталі 2026 року ДСА України повідомила:
"Наказом ДСА України від 30.04.2025 №178 (зі змінами) затверджено Концепцію Єдиної судової інформаційно-комунікаційної системи, якою передбачено створення Єдиної судової інформаційно-комунікаційної системи (далі – ЄСІКС), основною метою якої є реалізація ефективного, прозорого та доступного правосуддя для всіх учасників судових процесів та в якій передбачено не лише швидкий і зручний розгляд справ, а й глибоку оптимізацію судових процедур.
Разом з тим наказом ДСА України від 02.12.2024 № 534 (зі змінами) затверджено Дорожню карту з розроблення IT-рішень в судовій системі, якою передбачено створення ЄСІКС, яка складається з підсистем та модулів, а також визначені строки їх розробки та впровадження".
Водночас з огляду на те, що у межах щоквартального моніторингу не було надано інформації щодо заходів, націлених на здійснення аудиту поточного стану інших інформаційних технологій в судах, окрім ЄСІТС, а також оцінки їх відповідності поточним завданням судочинства, вимушені констатувати, що захід виконано частково.
