Державна судова адміністрація України повідомила: "ДСА листом від 22.12.2023 №10-18070/23 просило виключити цей пункт з Програми у зв'язку з його дублювання з пунктом 2.1.4.2.4".
Відомостей щодо конкретних кроків, здійснених з метою виконання заходу протягом 1 кварталу 2024 року, не було надано. З огляду на зазначене та сплив строків виконання заходу, констатується, що захід не виконано.
