За інформацією Міністерства юстиції України забезпечується супровід вказаного проекту Закону під час його опрацювання комітетами та під час його розгляду на пленарних засіданнях Верховної Ради України. Водночас Міністерство юстиції України не надало інформацію щодо вжиття конкретних дій (наприклад, направлення листів, участі у заходах) в рамках супроводження розгляду законопроекту (реєстр. № 3411 від 29 квітня 2020 р.) впродовж січня - березня 2024 року. Також варто відзначити, що законопроект № 3411 02.02.2021 було прийнято в першому читанні, а на момент здійснення моніторингу виконання заходу зазначений законопроект очікує на друге читання.
