За інформацією Міністерства юстиції України забезпечується супровід вказаного проекту Закону під час його опрацювання комітетами та на пленарних засіданнях Верховної Ради України. Водночас Міністерство юстиції України не надало інформацію щодо вжиття конкретних дій (наприклад, направлення листів, участі у заходах) в рамках супроводження розгляду законопроекту (реєстр. № 5347 від 8 квітня 2021 р.) впродовж січня - березня 2024 року. Також варто відзначити, що законопроект № 5347 на момент здійснення моніторингу виконання заходу опрацьовується в комітеті.
