За інформацією Міністерства юстиції України проект Закону України «Про примусове виконання рішень» (реєстр. № 5660 від 14 червня 2021 р.) 14.07.2021 прийнято у першому читанні. Водночас Міністерство юстиції України повідомило, що Директоратом правосуддя та кримінальної юстиції було підготовлено комітетські поправки до відповідного проекту Закону. Станом на 12.04.2024 очікується остаточна таблиця до другого читання.
