За інформацією, наданою Вищою радою правосуддя, 1 березня 2024 року до Вищої ради правосуддя надійшов лист ДСА України від 29 лютого 2024 року № 16-6234/24, яким надіслано проекти нормативів фінансового забезпечення судів, матеріально-технічного забезпечення судів, кадрового забезпечення судів та пояснювальні матеріали до них.
З метою проведення обговорення проєктів нормативів кадрового, фінансового, матеріально-технічного та іншого забезпечення судів, Вища рада правосуддя 15.03.2024 та 26.03.2024 звернулася до апеляційних судів, територіальних управлінь ДСА України, ВККСУ, Ради суддів України, Міжнародної організації права розвитку (МОПР) в Україні, Програмі (USAID) «Справедливість для всіх», Проєкту Європейського Союзу «Підтримка реформ у сфері юстиції (Право-Justice III)».
Наразі у Вищій раді правосуддя триває процес аналізу та опрацювання підготовлених ДСА України проектів нормативів фінансового забезпечення судів, матеріально-технічного забезпечення судів та кадрового забезпечення судів.
