The draft Regulation on transparent planning and allocation of budget resources in the judicial system based on objective and clearly defined criteria has been developed and publicized.
In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1194 On Amendments to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025 dated 18 October 2024, the content of the measure was amended.

ДСА України листом від 17 грудня 2025 року № 11-25313/25 надіслала до Вищої ради правосуддя проєкт Регламенту прозорого планування і розподілу бюджетних ресурсів у системі Державної судової адміністрації України як головного розпорядника бюджетних коштів.
Водночас варто звернути увагу, що змістом та показником виконання заходу передбачено не лише розроблення проекту регламенту прозорого планування і розподілу бюджетних ресурсів у судовій системі на підставі об’єктивних та чітко визначених критеріїв, зокрема, з урахуванням нормативів кадрового, фінансового, матеріально-технічного та іншого забезпечення судів, але і оприлюднення відповідного проекту. Головний виконавець не надав відомостей про оприлюднення відповідного проекту до його прийняття. З огляду на зазначене констатуємо, що захід виконано частково.
