Вища рада правосуддя повідомила, що на виконання відповідного заходу 29 березня 2024 року було проведено публічний захід "Дискусія про новочасні виклики для судової влади: розбудова інституційної спроможності в умовах воєнного стану та повоєнного періоду" за участі представників законодавчої та виконавчої влади, міжнародних неурядових організацій. Одним із предметів обговорення було питання спроможностей по оновленню мережі місцевих судів в умовах воєнного стану. Наразі, проводяться узагальнення та відповідна аналітична робота щодо стану справ в сфері оптимізації мережі місцевих судів.
