3.2.2. The majority of individuals guilty of corruption-related offenses as well as offenses in matters relating to the funding of political parties and submission of financial statements by political parties avoid administrative liability and/or penalties by exploiting systemic loopholes in the existing system for holding individuals administratively accountable as well as the flaws of the judicial system.

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1194 On Amendments to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025 dated 18 October 2024, the content of the measure was amended.

Державна судова адміністрація України (далі - ДСА України) повідомляє, що за результатами проведеного функціонального та технічного аудитів розроблено Дорожню карту розвитку ІТ-рішень у судовій системі, яку в установленому порядку погоджено з Міністерством цифрової трансформації України та затверджено наказом ДСА України від 02.12.2024 № 534, на основі якої розроблено нову Концепцію розвитку Єдиної судової інформаційно-телекомунікаційної системи, яка передбачає створення та впровадження електронного процесуального діловодства. ДСА України інформує, що станом на момент звітування нова Концепція перебуває на стадії затвердження в ДСА України та Вищої ради правосуддя.
