3.2.2.2.2. Creating and launching the Unified State Register of Enforcement Documents as part of the Unified Judicial Information and Telecommunication System

Problem solving:
3.2.2. The majority of individuals guilty of corruption-related offenses as well as offenses in matters relating to the funding of political parties and submission of financial statements by political parties avoid administrative liability and/or penalties by exploiting systemic loopholes in the existing system for holding individuals administratively accountable as well as the flaws of the judicial system.

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1194 On Amendments to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025 dated 18 October 2024, the content of the measure was amended.

Державна судова адміністрація України (далі - ДСА України) повідомляє про отримання від проекту ЄС "Право-Justice" технічних вимог на створення Єдиного державного реєстру виконавчих документів (далі - ЄДРВД).
ДСА України також інформує, що, враховуючи відсутність бюджетного фінансування, ведуться переговори щодо надання міжнародної фінансової допомоги для виконання робіт зі створення ЄДРВД.
