3.2.2. The majority of individuals guilty of corruption-related offenses as well as offenses in matters relating to the funding of political parties and submission of financial statements by political parties avoid administrative liability and/or penalties by exploiting systemic loopholes in the existing system for holding individuals administratively accountable as well as the flaws of the judicial system.

За інформацією, наданою Міністерством фінансів України, в Законі України «Про Державний бюджет України на 2024 рік» за бюджетною програмою за КПКВК 6331030 «Реалізація антикорупційних стратегій» затверджено видатки в обсязі 15040,7 тис. грн, що відповідає обсягу видатків, заявленому Національним агентством з питань запобігання корупції при складанні бюджетного запиту на 2024 рік.
Національне агентство підготувало проект постанови Кабінету Міністрів України «Про внесення змін до Державної антикорупційної програми на 2023–2025 роки» (далі - проект акта). За пропозицією Міністерства фінансів України, до проекту акта були включені зміни, пов'язані із визначенням Державної судової адміністрації України головним виконавцем заходу відповідного заходу Державної антикорупційної програми на 2023-2025 роки.
