During the reporting period, the order of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine dated December 23, 2023, No. 771/nm On Inventorying of State-Owned Properties and Submitting Information to the Unified Register of State-Owned Properties was published on the official website of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.
At the same time, according to the information provided by the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, the said order is not subject to state registration, as it regulates the procedure for actions only of business entities under the functional management of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine and is an internal regulatory document of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.
In view of the above, the fact that the order has been published may be considered a sufficient basis to recognise the measure as fully implemented.
Given that the order was approved only on December 23, 2023, and its publication was to be carried out by June 30, 2023, the measure is considered to be implemented not in time.
